Ketamine Clinic Collaborations

Developing integration protocols for clinical ketamine settings through partnership with established treatment clinics. Real-world implementation provides evidence of efficacy and generates outcomes data.

Three Protocols in Development

NDE-Correlated Protocol

Ketamine phenomenologically simulates near-death experiences. This protocol incorporates factors that make spontaneous NDEs transformative—working with the dissolution of self, encounters with profound imagery, and integration of insights.

Self-Referential Somatic Practices (SRSP)

Research shows ketamine reduces neural distinctions between self-generated and other-generated touch—making self-massage, self-hugging, and self-soothing dramatically more effective during dissociative states. This protocol develops self-compassion through body-based practices.

Pranayama Toolkit

Full exhalation as a "physiological doorway" to mystical states. Real-time breathwork tools for patient use during sessions, enabling navigation of intense experiences. The very bottom of the breath, when accessed through letting go rather than force, is associated with vivid intimacy with one's own emotions.

How Clinic Partnerships Work

The PYRC offers ketamine clinics and therapists a body-mind practices toolkit — breathwork, somatic awareness, mudras, and other yogic techniques designed specifically for the ketamine therapy context. These practices support preparation, in-journey awareness, and integration. In exchange, clinical partners provide structured feedback on how patients experience and benefit from these practices.

This feedback loop — yogic innovation meeting clinical observation — is the engine of PYRC's methodology development. Clinicians report on patient responses through brief standardized instruments and reflective notes, generating the real-world data that refines our protocols and strengthens future grant applications. This is a non-monetary exchange: tools and training in exchange for clinical feedback and follow-up.
